Refund Policy
1) Overview
We want you to love every purchase from GK Gadget Store. If an item doesn’t meet expectations, you may request a return, replacement, or refund in line with this policy. This policy applies to purchases made directly on our website and may differ for third-party marketplaces.
2) Eligibility & Return Window
- Return period: within 7 calendar days from the delivery date shown by the carrier.
- Condition: items must be in original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact. Keep protective films on for inspection where applicable.
- Proof: a valid order number and the email or phone used at checkout are required.
- Pre-authorization: all returns must be approved by our support team before shipping back.
3) Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety, certain items cannot be returned unless unused and unopened or found dead-on-arrival (DOA):
- In-ear earbuds and ear tips once the seal is opened.
- Consumables (e.g., protective films) after application.
- Gift cards and downloadable coupons/vouchers.
- Items damaged due to misuse, unauthorized repairs, or liquid ingress.
- Free gifts or promotional items not individually priced.
Headphones/earbuds may be evaluated under DOA/defect cases within 48 hours of delivery with mandatory unboxing proof.
4) How to Initiate a Return
- Email us: gadgetstoregk@gmail.com with Order #, photos/videos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
- Approval & RMA: if eligible, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions. In select cases we provide a prepaid label.
- Pack securely: include all accessories and invoices. Use the original box if possible. Remove or cover old shipping labels.
- Ship back: hand over to the designated courier and keep the receipt/tracking.
- Inspection: once received, we verify condition and function. Approved returns move to refund or replacement.

- Inspection time: 2–4 business days after the return reaches our facility.
- Refund processing: typically 2–5 business days post-approval; bank posting may take an additional 2–7 business days depending on your provider.
- Communication: we’ll notify you by email at each step (RMA issued, item received, decision, refund initiated).
7) Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/DOA/Wrong item sent: we cover reasonable return shipping or issue a prepaid label.
- Change of mind/Not required: customer bears return shipping. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- Unapproved returns: parcels sent without RMA may be refused or returned to sender at your cost.

Direct exchanges are handled as a return + new order. For fast turnaround, place a new order for the desired item after initiating your return.
9) Order Cancellations
- Before dispatch: request cancellation by emailing gadgetstoregk@gmail.com. If approved, we’ll issue a full refund.
- After dispatch: refuse delivery or initiate a return upon receipt. Shipping fees (if any) may be deducted for “change of mind”.
10) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Report within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification. Do not discard the packaging until your claim is resolved.

Sale Items & Promotions
Sale/discounted items follow the same defect/DOA protection. For “final sale” items, only replacement for defects is available; refunds for change of mind are not offered.
Bundles & Free Gifts
For bundle returns, all items in the bundle (including free gifts) must be returned. Partial returns may be refunded pro-rata only if explicitly approved.
Missing Accessories
Missing parts (cables, tips, manuals) may lead to partial refunds or rejection. Include everything received in the box.
International Orders
Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable by us. International return labels may not be available in all regions; you may need to self-ship with tracking.
Software & Compatibility
Compatibility varies by device and OS. Returns due to third-party app limitations may be treated as “change of mind”.
12) Evaluation & Restocking
We do not ordinarily charge a restocking fee. However, heavily used items, damaged packaging, or missing accessories may incur a reasonable deduction from the refund. We will share the assessment before processing.
